Return Policy
Our mission at The Chronicpainstore.com is to help ease your  pain and improve your quality of life. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may  return it within 30 days of the  purchase date. When placing an order, please measure and use our sizing charts that are  provided. Choosing the wrong size is the number one  reason for returns.

Steps to make a return:

1. Simply send us an email with your name, telephone number, item you wish to return and the purchase date.   We will reply with a return authorization number. This return authorization number must accompany your return and be readily displayed on the outside of the shipping box. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. No returns will be accepted unless your return authorization number is clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
2. Please send your return insured and with a tracking number. If your return is lost in the shipping process it is the sole responsibility of the sender. The ChronicPainStore.com cannot be held liable for lost packages shipped to us.
3. Please Mail your return to our warehouse at:

4. Once your return is received, it will be processed and a refund check for the purchase amount minus shipping and handling charges will be sent to the purchase address. Please allow 2-3 weeks for return processing.

All orders being billed from or shipped to an address within  Illinois will be charged Illinois sales tax.

Shipping
All orders are shipped using UPS.  Delivery time on standard ground shipments is  estimated at 4-7 business days after you order is processed.  Express delivery is estimated 3 days after  your order is processed.  Orders placed  after 12 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.  The Chronicpainstore.com stocks our inventory  in our warehouse.  We strive to have the  items we carry available for immediate shipment.  On occasion, products may be  backordered.  If a product is backordered  the Chronicpainstore.com will notify you by email with an expected ship date.
